Stenger Announces Endorsement of the Founder of Stray Rescue of St. Louis
Steve Stenger announced today that he has been endorsed by Founder of Stray Rescue of St. Louis, Randy Grim, in the race for St. Louis County Executive.
“I am honored to have the endorsement of real champion like Randy Grim,” said Stenger. “I look forward to working with him in transforming the county animal control center into the world class facility I know it should be.”
“Steve Stenger cares deeply about our issues and wants to save our animals from euthanasia,” said Grim. As County Executive Steve will also provide better care for our animals than they currently receive.
In the 10 years Charlie Dooley has been County Executive, nearly 50,000 dogs and cats have been euthanized.
The election for St. Louis County Executive is Tuesday, August 5th.
Stenger was recently endorsed by former Senator Jean Carnahan, former State Representative and County Councilwoman Barbara Fraser, and Planned Parenthood of St. Louis.
